As an art educator, I view art as a bridge connecting interdisciplinary subjects through visual interpretation. By incorporating traditional and 21st-century art methods, visual arts engage students in inquiry, critical thinking, and historical and social understanding. Art fosters creative problem-solving skills, preparing students for future careers and empowering them to become confident, independent thinkers.
